Now is the time to lay down an optimal meeting plan. Not planning what you eat will leave openings to eating unhealthy. The best thing you can do do maintain a healthy diet is being extra prepared. If you can meal plan, go for it. But you should not go off to work not knowing what you will eat for lunch. Those are the kind of mistakes that will lead to unhealthy eating habits.

Talk to your friends and family about what you are doing. You’ll be surprised that a family member or friend will also want to work towards a healthier lifestyle post pandemic with you.
